Situated in Darras Hall, we were tasked with designing a five-bedroom home. The clients desired a modern aesthetic while adhering to local regulations, which included additional constraints and considerations aligned with National Planning Policy. Our design features expansive windows and spacious interiors, complemented by a striking glazed panel at the entrance to create an atrium-like ambiance.

As the project progresses, we anticipate completion in 2023. This endeavor highlights our expertise in unique new build designs across Darras Hall Ponteland, Jesmond, and Gosforth where we craft custom homes tailored to each client's specific needs and site conditions.
