An extension has been added to a detached house in Whitley Bay’s St Andrews Close Estate, featuring an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and family lounge to create a spacious living area. The design highlights the connection between indoor spaces and the garden, as well as between the dining and cooking areas. This completed project showcases a vaulted ceiling with multiple rooflights and deep windows.
