Lighthouse Architecture was tasked with providing planning and technical expertise for a rear extension designed to enlarge the kitchen area. A customized design approach was implemented, emphasizing soft brickwork and large fixed glazing. LHA produced the technical drawings and secured all necessary approvals, including a certificate of lawfulness and building regulations consent.
