Lighthouse Architecture were commissioned to provide planning and technical input for a rear extension. 

 

Client had recently purchased the property, and was in need of a larger kitchen area.  

 

The design provides a large kitchen and dining area with Bifolds overlooking the garden area.

LHA provided technical drawings and arranged relevant approvals including certificate of lawfullness and Building regulations.
