We were tasked with a complete refurbishment of an existing dwelling, with a proposal to create a new master bedroom that emphasizes the stunning views of the local seascape. The design includes an Eternal Balcony Dormer that enhances the vistas of the surroundings. Additionally, an external porch was constructed in a similar style, resulting in a cohesive modern design for the property. The material palette focuses on a contemporary approach, utilizing render and black soldier coursing.
