Located in North shields, We were commissioned to reimagine the rear of the site. The building was a traditional terraced property which lacked light to the rear kitchen.

The clients sought a design that provided a bright open rear extension, bringing light into the kitchen area whilst also modernizing the rear elevation. 

​

We designed bespoke extension which included glazed roof element - and feature fixed windows. 

​

The scheme is currently in planning stages with hopes of starting on site this year.
